a family business
Operating continuously since 1996, Serwach Spółka z o.o. is a Polish family business, wholly owned by the partners. Corrugated board packaging is our core business. We also manufacture solid cardboard packaging and products, and laminated offset printed packaging.
Our service
Ever since our company was established, development and modernity have been our main goals. In our early days, we had simple machines, leased space and a team of just a few employees. Today, Serwach Spółka z o. o. a has a personnel of 190 people, its own production and storage area (approx. 24,000 m2), an automatic paint mixing plant, a logistics department with an internal transport unit consisting of five transport units, a showroom, a quality department with a laboratory for testing durability, a project coordination department and, last but not least, modern machinery and developed technology enabling us to offer our customers a wide range of products and services – beginning from consultancy through design, production, sales and ending up with delivery. Today, our customers are from Poland, Germany and Scandinavia.
We care about the environment
Advanced technological solutions allow us to meet and exceed the expectations of the most demanding customers while minimizing negative environmental impact. Care for the environment ranks really high on our priority list and is an essential part of our policy of sustainable development.
Our business is not purely profit-driven and we value the importance of corporate social responsibility. We are aware of the fact that our actions affect the natural world we are living in and the people around us. We know that every step we take, no matter how insignificant it may seem, can have both positive and negative impact on our environment. That is why, when we pursue our business objectives we always look for solutions that are beneficial to us and the environment. We build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, partners and employees. We we are strongly committed to engaging with the local communities. We support a number of cultural initiatives and sports and charity projects.
Quality management
Since 2007, we have been operating under the ISO 9001 quality management system standards. The philosophy adopted by Serwach Spółka z o.o., the philosophy of management by quality consists in the establishment of positive relationships with customers and business partners, to the appropriate balance between competitiveness and the quality of products and services, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, as well as management and employees and the company and society.
The quality of services rendered by us and the compliance of the adopted system with the international standards is continuously monitored and confirmed by Bureau Veritas, the independent and internationally recognised certification body. We are also the BRC and FSC® certified. In 2022, we launched a laboratory for testing durability of materials and determining durability of packaging.
